Check-in time is any time after 4.00 pm. If you are going to be later than advised, please contact us with the new arrival time.
We charge a cancellation fee of 100% if you cancel within a week of arrival, 70% up to a month before, then 50% thereafter, unless we can re-let. If we do, there will be an admin charge of £25. It is therefore strongly advised to have travel insurance just in case of an emergency. A single trip costs around £3 depending on any health issues. Most banks also provide holiday insurance.
I'm afraid we no longer accept dogs in the bedrooms (does not affect those who have already made a reservation).
If you do have a voucher, please enter your credit card details but you won't be charged. Just leave us a message on the form.
Please note that Bank holiday weekends we ask for a 3 nights min stay but occasionally can let for 2 nights.
Your credit card guarantees the reservation of the booking. However, you do not pay until the end of your stay. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if there has been a double booking or other circumstances beyond our control. No deposit is taken unless it is a group booking or a wedding where we would take a non refundable 50% deposit.
