Location

• Exit Junction 28 off the M4
• Take slip road to A48 Newport 
• At large roundabout take 3rd exit to B4239 Duffryn
• At mini roundaboaut take first exit - drive for 2 miles
• Turn left at B&B sign (which is on the right next to small cattle bridge)
• Into long, winding & quite bumpy road marked "THIS IS A PRIVATE ROAD"
