Bed and Breakfast Room Rate per night are:

Waterbed: £160

4-poster bed: £140

Cabin Room: £130

Standard or Family Room: £130

Mongolian Yurt: £95

Single from £75.00 - £110.00 per night 

The cost of therapies vary between £40-£60 depending on type.

Rolls Royce hire from £60 return or £30 one way.

Please check our rates for late availability or special offers. Weekends we do ask for a 2 night stay,  however we do let for one night nearer the time. Please ring us.

Check-In Time

Anytime after 4.30pm-5.00pm and check out around 11am but these times are flexible, for example, if guests are having therapies or by arrangement.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, please note that we make every effort to re-let, however if we are unable to do so, you will be charged the full cost within 48 hours of your stay, 70% within a month,  and thereafter 50%.  We therefore strongly recommend some form of holiday insurance for your peace of mind. 

An annual holiday insurance is relatively cheap,  it'll cover you for your main holiday as well as all your short breaks. 

Once a booking is made,  the  room is reserved for you and as we are not a hotel, we do not have a cancellation time like 4pm on the day. We do need a credit card to secure a booking.  Please do not send card details by e-mail.

We require a two day stay at the weekend, however we may let for one night if Thursday and Friday nights are taken, so please check availability. As we have partnered with some on-line internet companies, there may be a time when a double booking takes place, if this happens we will let you know as soon as possible. Thank you.
