DIRECTIONS:

  1. Exit Junction 28 off the M4
  2. Take slip road to A48 Newport
  3. At large roundabout take 3rd exit to B4239 Duffryn
  4. At mini roundabout take first exit - drive for 2 miles
  5. Turn left at B&B sign (next to small cattle bridge)
  6. Follow long & bumpy road ( "THIS IS A PRIVATE ROAD")
  7. Do not go down Green Lane/Pont Estyll Lane
