We're a unique and quirky place to 'tie the knot'!

We have been hosting weddings here at the lighthouse for a number of years. Unfortunately, we no longer host weddings inside the lighthouse, however the ceremony/reception can now be held in our marquee, as well as outside overlooking the water.

The wedding couple are welcome to take professional photographs inside the lighthouse.

LOCATION

You'll have use of the grounds & the marquee. Some choose to have their ceremony outside, overlooking the water (weather dependent of course!). The ceremony can also be held in the marquee. Unfortunately, we no longer host weddings inside the lighthouse.

MARQUEE

The marquee can hold up to 100 guests. You can decorate this how you wish. We include white chair covers with sashes if desired.

There is also a large bar in the marquee with refrigeration. We don't provide the food and drink, so you can bring your own or hire a caterer. We have different options/suppliers for you. We also don't charge a corkage fee.

CATERING

We don't include the catering, so there are many options for you to choose from. Some decide to have catering vans for an informal dinner, or go the more traditional route with a sit down service.

PARKING

Our car park that can fit roughly 10 cars for guests. However, if you require more parking, we have an adjacent field that can also be used. With large number we recommend the use of 'wedding buses' to shuttle guests to-and-fro from their local hotels.

At the time of booking, we require a non-refundable deposit of £500. An additional £500 is payable one month later, with the remaining balance due three months prior to the wedding. We recommend securing an insurance policy to cover any unforeseen circumstances. We also offer a wedding planner who will assist you with your wedding preparations.
